I'm Kristie, the founder of this site and the wife of a 767-300 ER (International) Delta Airlines Pilot based out of JFK, living in SDL. 

I created this site in 2001, after the twin towers fell, looking for some support and news on what was happening in the airline industry. Honestly speaking, there wasn't much action to be found. 

Creating this site has been a godsend to me and many other women who are future or current pilot wives, girlfriends or even friends and family who want to understand how we go about living this lifestyle that's forever changing. My husband is the founder and operator of Jetcareers.com and Airlinepilot.com which have been up and running since he started working for Delta in 1998.
